Amritsar to shimla manali leh kargil sgr

Day 1* Arrival Amritsar
Arrive Amritsar Railway Station. On arrival meet and greet by our representative who will take you to the hotel. Check in hotel. Evening visit Indo-Pak Wagah Border to watch Flag Retreat Ceremony- Wagah, an army outpost on Indo-Pak border 30 Kms from Amritsar where the daily highlight is the evening "Beating the Retreat" ceremony. Soldiers from both countries march in perfect drill, going through the steps of bringing down their respective national flags. As the sun goes down, nationalistic fervor rises and lights are switched on marking the end of the day amidst thunderous applause. GoldenTempleLater visit Golden Temple-the most important sikh shrine which is also called Mecca for the Sikhs is a living symbol of the spiritual and historical traditions of the Sikhs.
Then visit Jallianwala Bagh- where, on April 13, 1919, British and Gurkha soldiers opened fire on an unarmed forbidden gathering, killing hundreds of civilians. After lunch visit Maharaja Ranjit Singh Summer Palace Museum- The summer place of Maharaja Ranjit Singh which is situated in the heart of Ram Bagh, Amritsar, Return to hotel. Day 2* Amritsar Manali
After breakfast at the hotel proceed to Manali (10-12 hrs. journey) by road, en route visit of Palampur tea garden. Lunch on the way. Arrival at Manali and transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at Manali.
Day 3* Manali Jispa l Today morning leave for Jispa. Jispa is a village in Lahaul, in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. Jispa is located 20 km north of Keylong and 7 km south of Darcha, along the Manali-Leh Highway and the Bhaga River. On arrival check into the hotel and enjoy the day at leisure.
Day 4* Jispa to Leh l After breakfast checkout and depart for leh, Upon arrival in Leh, welcome by our local representative and transfer to a Ladakhi Style guest house or Hotel. Later take a complete rest for Acclimatization to the arid high altitude of Leh (3505 m) .Evening enjoy your dinner and overnight in Hotel.
Day 5* Leh to Nubra Valley / Nubra valley (125Kms / 4Hrs)
Today after breakfast drive about 04- 05 hrs [125 kms] to Nubra – known as valley of flowers. After drive about 02 hrs we will reach – The world`s highest motor able road called Khardungla high about 18,380 feet’s above sea level. From the top we can see the most beautiful view of Indus valley & its snow covered peaks towering the sky and other side of the pass if weather remain clear we can see Karakorum mountain range and peaks too. We descend down to beautiful valley & transfer to the hotel, later have rest till evening ,before sunset we will take you for a short drive to Hunder sand dunes to visit & ride double humped bacterium camel, later back to hotel for overnight stay. If time permits we will have a village walk to see local people & its culture.
Day 6* Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake via Shayok Valley
After breakfast, drive (154km/ 6 hrs) to the spectacular Changthang Valley, winding your way over the exhilarating Chang la (5320m.)- The second highest point of our journey. The landscape on the way to Pangong is just spectacular. On arrival enjoy the famous pangong lake.
The Lake is situated at 13,930 ft./ about 4300mts. above sea level and is 125 km long, but is only four km at its widest, and extends almost in a straight line, way to Tibet; in fact, only a quarter of the lake is in India and over night stay in hotel at pangong
Day 7* Pangong Lake back to Leh

Day 8* Leh to Kargil
After breakfast check out and depart for kargil
With two major gompas named Drukpa and Gelugpa Monasteries, Mulbekh Monastery in Kargil is one of the most important attractions you will come across on your journey from Kargil to Leh. It is located at a distance of 45 kilometres from Kargil and at an altitude of around 3000 meters above sea level.
The gompa showcases perfect craftsmanship with 9 meters tall statue of Maitreya Buddha.
The statue was built around 8th century A.D, and people call it Chamba. Though the statue is of Lord Buddha, many scholars have pointed out that it resembles Lord Shiva as well.. Overnight stay at hotel kargil
Day 9* Kargil to Srinagar
then check s/seeing kargil to Sonamarg on the way.
Day 10 Drop to srinagar airport or srinagar tourism center.
